ABOUT US
Coastal Georgia Honor Flight, Inc was established in 2015 as an independent IRS-approved 501(c)3 Georgia non-profit corporation and as an official local hub under the national Honor Flight network. The sole purpose of the Coastal Georgia Honor Flight is to take local WWII, Korean, and now Vietnam War Veterans on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Washington, D.C. to see the memorials built in their honor, at no charge to them.

VETERANS

GUARDIANS
For the privilege of escorting a veteran, guardians are required to make a $500 contribution, payable in advance to Coastal Georgia Honor Flight, Inc. This is to partially offset the cost of the trip, such as airfare, bus transportation, meals, etc. Click here to download the application now.

VOLUNTEERS
Coastal Georgia Honor Flight is governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors, many of whom are veterans themselves, living in the local area. Like all non-profits, the Directors depend on volunteers to accomplish the many administrative and logistic tasks required.
